SUMMARY OF THE STORING OF TOFU

  1. The experimental group (add Moocpa 20%) in the dry situation was became slow significantly.
  2. The experimental group was changed more fast than the nomal situation because of the air in winter was too dry.
  3. The effect of the Moocpa far infrared was let the cohesion of moisture become stronger.
